The Sales Development Representative's primary goal is to generate qualified leads through targeted research and multichannel engagement with potential clients matching the ICP.
Responsibilities:
- Identify companies and individuals within target niches matching the ICP and verify their information
- Create and refine personalized messaging for multichannel drip campaigns
- Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, Email, Slack, and other relevant channels
- Coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales representatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, leads, and documents
We find important:
- 1+ years of experience as a SDR/Lead Generation Specialist in the IT industry
- Experience in lead research and verification using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools
- Ability to develop and polish personalized messages and engagement strategies
- Analytical skills for refining lead data and research methods
- Attention to detail in data accuracy, communications, and CRM management
- Proactive in improving processes and outcomes
- Written English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
