Middle full-stack JS developer (React focus)

Freshcode is looking for a Frontend-oriented Full-stack JS developer with 4+ years of experience and conversational English to share their expertise in developing a cyber security product from scratch.

About our projects:

Freshcode team focuses on projects that create value and positive social impact. Among them:

• A platform for interaction between individuals with autism and therapists
• An asset management app for the public sector that empowers municipalities to efficiently and sustainably manage roadway infrastructure
• A social network dedicate to building communities based on common interests in sports (crossfit, yoga, running, workouts, etc)Currently, we are actively engaged in multiple projects across different domains, including Healthcare, EdTech, FinTech, and Logistics.

Project: the cybersecurity platform is being developed from scratch.

‍Team: on the client's side, the team members are from Israel and Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain the architecture of client-side and server-side applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and design new features
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code that meets industry standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues
• Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
• Improve the development process and implement best practices

We find important:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Full-stack development with JS/TS
• 3+ years of experience with React.js
• Skills in working with websockets or server-sent events (SSE)
• Experience in creating application architecture from scratch and collaborating with a team
• Skills in Docker and application containerization
• Understanding of browser internals, rendering, virtual DOM
• Experience in setting up CI/CD
• Skills in agile methodology, task management, roadmap planning, versioning, etc.
• English proficiency at the Upper-intermediate level or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with databases (noSQL, graph DB)
• Skills in working with GraphQL
• Experience working in the cybersecurity domain
