Freshcode's marketing team prioritizes understanding the target audience's needs, challenges, and unresolved issues. Their primary objective is leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer acquisition and loyalty.

The main responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include researching the target audience and trends in technology and software development niches, developing and distributing marketing materials.

‍

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the target market (including audiences, competitors, events, trends, etc.) and interpreting research data into insights
• Creating and sharing brief marketing materials (social updates, guest articles, video scripts, etc.) and collaboration with the content writer and designer
• Supporting and updating the company's social accounts and engaging with social groups (for content distribution)

We find important:

• 1+ years of experience as a Demand Generation/Marketing Specialist in the IT industry
• Written English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
• Skills to analyze target markets and develop recommendations based on it
• Understanding and using ICP and Buyer persona for service IT companies
• Experience in creating target content for a B2B audience
• Basic experience of demand generation and SMM
• Skills in working with research tools (Sales Navigator, Ahrefs, SparkToro, etc.) and AI

Will be a plus:

• Experience in lead generation
• SEO experience
