Freshcode's marketing team prioritizes understanding the target audience's needs, challenges, and unresolved issues. Their primary objective is leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer acquisition and loyalty.

The Lead Generation Specialist's primary goal is to generate qualified leads through targeted research and multichannel engagement with potential clients matching the ICP.

‍

Responsibilities:

• Identify companies and individuals within target niches matching the ICP and verify their information
• Create and refine personalized messaging for multichannel drip campaigns
• Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn, Email, Slack, and other relevant channels
• Coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales representatives
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, leads, and documents

We find important:

• 1+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in the IT industry
• Experience in lead research and verification using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools
• Ability to develop and polish personalized messages and engagement strategies
• Analytical skills for refining lead data and research methods
• Attention to detail in data accuracy, communications, and CRM management
• Proactive in improving processes and outcomes
• Written English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
