Freshcode is looking for a staffing coordinator to manage the interaction between departments and assign employees for projects. Confident understanding of the IT-company working process and 2+ years of experience in an IT recruiter or HR position are crucial for us.
About the departmentWe are Freshcode, an IT company engaged in web and mobile development. We work on long-term projects (6 months and longer) with customers from Europe, USA, and Australia. Our core stack is JS (Node, React/Vue), .Net. We also are one of the few on the Ukrainian market to use and develop Clojure.
Our team consists of over 180 employees. It includes the following departments: Developers, Management, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, HR, Finance, PM, BA, QA, Admin, Training center.
The staffing coordinator's responsibilities are: improving the interaction between departments, assigning employees for projects, planning and regulating the bench, and prioritizing hiring.
We find important- 2+ years of experience in an IT recruiter or HR position
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal communication skills, an ability to find a solution satisfying all the parties
- Time-management and process-building skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Decision-making and complex issues resolving skills
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Will be the plus- Experience in the Staffing coordinator position
Expected tasks- Coordination of interactions between Sales, Recruitment, and project teams in matters of hiring
- Eliciting hiring requirements from project representatives, their analysis, and assisting in filing an application and job description
- Planning of hiring, updating, and prioritizing job openings
- Working with the bench: planning, monitoring, optimization, hiring coordination
- Allocating personnel to projects from different sources: bench, hiring, training center
- Discussing management decisions with employees: planned and unplanned changes in the salary rates per position, project, etc.
- Responding to non-standard employees requests concerning development prospects, unplanned changes in salary expectations
- Systematizing and digitizing found solutions, documenting and constructing relevant processes
