Freshcode is looking for a Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry who will bring the expertise to a new office in Warsaw.


About the department

Our team consists of more than 190 specialists and includes the following departments: Developers, Management, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, HR, Finance, PM, BA, QA, Admin, Training center. The Sales Department consists of the Head of Sales, 5 Sales Managers and 5 Sales Assistants. Our company engaged in web and mobile development. We work on long-term projects with customers from Europe, the USA, and Australia. Our main stack is JS, Node, Vue, React, .Net, Clojure.


We find important

  • At least 2 years of IT sales experience
  • B2 English level and high written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate previous results of closed deals from 3 different sales channels
  • Working experience with online platforms (LinkedIn and more)
  • Experience with closing complex deals
  • Being result-oriented and systematic
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, punctuality


Will be a plus

  • Technical background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Understanding of software development processes and trends
  • Experience with mentorship/team management


What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain an effective lead generation process
  • Find and attract new clients with LinkedIn, AngelList, networking, etc.
  • Research new channels, tools, and tips to improve processes and increase sales
  • Grow the company’s client base
  • Elicit client’s requirements and business needs
  • Coordinate negotiation process
  • Effectively manage and prepare business proposals and estimates
  • Maintain client relationships: retain current clients and acquire new ones
  • Manage sales activities and keep CRM up-to-date ;)

  1. Interview with recruiter (30 min)
  2. Technical interview with DevOps engineer (1 hour)
  3. A small talk with sales manager to validate your English level (30 min)
  4. Interview with the client (1 hour)
